Presbyterian Night Shelter for the Homeless
Tour of the Main Shelter, the Shelter for Veterans and the Lowdon-Shutts Building for feeding & caring for homeless women and their children. This vital shelter receives ONLY 5% of its budget from all the area churches! Men and Women receive ONE meal per day and a place to stay only at night or during severe weather.

Students presented the Honorable Judge Melvin Simons with a wild flower bouquet and certificate of appreciation for his courageous service and sacrifice during the battles of Tarawa & Okinawa in the pacific theatre during World War II. We wanted him to know how much we love him and appreciate everything has done for all of us.
